Mattel- the main reason this law was enacted is exempt from 3rd party testing. They are able to offer "their own" testing on site. Which despite them being the biggest toy mfg in the world, and able to afford 3rd party it also gives them an edge which makes them able to "skew" the results as they have in the past. So the big guns who can afford to pay for the 3rd party testing are exempt, and the little people aren't? Well, sadly that is lobbying shown in it's true light.

Please write as many people in your political circle as you can!

Look what I did this weekend....

I worked on this order for a lovely lady that lives here in the area. She bought these for a friend of hers for a baby gift. How sweet huh?

Goodbye to Trainers!

I am very frustrated with my trainers. I can't seem to ge the sizing right. I make them the size the people ask for and then they never fit. I think it is the fact that the hemp doesn't stretch. It is very frustrating. So I am dropping them. They take longer to make than diapers and I get less for them. So with this extra frustration they aren't on my list anymore. :(

Sewing...

I spent alot of time sewing last week. Here is what I got done...

Pretty cute huh? I need to spend some time taking photos and editing and the lisitng. These are all gonna be listed. Some are nifty nappies and some are peacykeen pockets. :)

I have to tell you how sweet this is. The is a little gal that is 14. She is the oldest in her family with a bunch of little bro's and sis's. She says her mom is obsessed with cloth diapering! She entered so she could win a free diaper for her mom. How thoughtful huh? I thought it was sweet.
